Dear sir,

I have purchased Crizal lens from an authorised dealer of Crizal as per the website.

Invoice and certificate for authenticity attached for your reference.

The product (lens) coating damaged in just 6-8 months, really very disappointed with the quality of the Crizal Company Lens.

I hope for replacement or return of money so that i can purchase for some other brand.
