[Resolved] Crizal — Defective lens | |||
I bought essilor lens from GKB opticals, t nagar chennai on November 2019, with 5 months o[censored]sage blue layers from the lens started peeling off .when I called and complained about dis to gkb optical they told be surrender the lens for 10 days which not possible at the time of covid. (forwarded the image of lens within 6 months to GKB through mail)And I cannot be without specs for certain period.does that even possible?and I’m from south I should travel 300 km to reach out GKB .I gave the lens last week for replacement essilor has refused dat.is dat the solution u provide for the customers by knowing the things happening around.
