[Resolved]  Crizal — got lots of scratches on glass just in one month

Hello,

I have bought the crizal prevencia glasses on 25th september and started wearing on 28th. When i bought the glasses my optician told me that it is the scratch-proof and waterproof, mud proof and blueray cut glasses.

But within a week scratches got started on the glass. There are so many tiny scratches on my both glasses. I contacted the optician but he told me that it's normal and it's your responsibility to take care of the scratches we can't do anything. While buying glasses he told me that it is a scratch-proof glass and scratches will not be made easily on these glasses.

And the other thing is that the water resistance is not as much as good as i shown on the crizal official channel demo of glass. Water drops remain on the glasses.

I have always cleaned the glasses only with the microfiber glass cleaner provided by crizal with my glass.

I want to get my issue resolved. Please help me on this.
