[Resolved] Crizal — Need refund - Lens get damaged within 1.5 years of wearing | |||
Hi Crizal Team Your spectacle lens got damaged within 1.5 yrs of wearing under normal circumstances, the lens has tiny spots which makes it hard to wear. Refer the attached images I bought thecomplete spectacle from Siddarth Optics, B-9, Meenal Apartments, Shalimar Garden Ext 2, Ghaziabad 201005.(Ph[protected] on May 5, 2019. I went to the same optician and he said these cant be replaced as they are more than 1 yr old. I feel completly cheated because there seems to be no help from Opitcan and Crizal local dealer who this optician was in touch with. I want a refund for this, no discounts or any perk.
