Dear sir, I'm also a Employer of Teleperformance working in Jaipur (Rajasthan) Our Office Employer were using cell phones inside the office without permission. I had complained many times to the customer. but they are not taking any Action. a person usking his cell phone whole night Daily. His details. Name- Sawan Kr. Please never join teleperformace jaipur..managers are worst, full of politics and environment Is worst.i have worked for 9months.sandip the new head is worst.no words...they are spoiling image of microsoft.no respect for employees..joined in 2013...pinki 13828

I was a employee at Teleperformance Indore and I like to share the environment of Tp. In TP your personal life and your relationship with your bf is all managers interest thing. They never even hesitate to ask you weather you have physical relation or not. And if not then your bf is not a man because they are... Even my manager not even ask this he is interested to lend my room for several hours to spend time with his gfs and in return he will grant me leaves. He is a bull #### and I am amazed to tell you all that he is now a ACCM.
In TP its a culture that if you want a promotion just sleep with your manager then it even doesn't matter weather you are a dumb.
I had faced a alot more situations like this and I requested Teleperformance to take care of their image because of these things me, my friend and my sister leaves the company as its like other people thought we are working their that means we are also a [censored].
