I bought a CROCS Crocband Men black sandals from Flipkart website on 08th november 2022. Within 2 months my sandals got damaged....

I have used corcs only for 6 months and it got damaged I hate the product

I have purchased a crocs from crocs online shopping and the size doesn't fit me..I want one size smaller and want an exchange..

But I am not able to return or exchange it as it shows order number is invalid but the order number what is given in the invoice and the mail I received is of same..

Please help me with this ..I want an exchange or return and refund the money back..it is worth 2097/-

I purchased crocs flip flops from Connaught Place last Saturday. They have caused severe blisters on foot for the very first time. Need to return the same please and any solution for this.

My crocs are in unusable Condition,
The glue is completely destroyed and the two parts of the shoe separate.
Unable to walk, both are like this.
You are giving warranty for only three months. What about the problems that come after that? How can it be used if it is made in such bad condition?

I purchased one sandal from Crocs named ( crocs women's Mauve mist/mashroom Brooklyn Low Wedge W/Mmt/mrm W7-5uk, BO9776J81Q) during this May 2022 through amazon. It is of cost 4999/-.I placed the order on 21/5/2022 Now it is about to broke at the front flap as shown in photo. i tried many ways to contact the customer care, but couldn't. so i am registering in it. Kindly resolve the issue

I bought slippers from the crocs store at connaught place in delhi and the sticker just broke off.

I have recently purchase crocs Unisex Adult Bayaband navy blue color from amazon, tha product is genuine well and good. But la size i purchase is m7w9 left leg is as per size but my right leg clog is bulge and large size than the left one.

I managed to use but its really annoying and the size difference is easily visible it keeps on disturbing me.

Because of this my first experience with crocs is worse.

Is there anything you could do, pls help.

In the croc’s my shoo is complete immediately and the croc’s is a brand that I use regularly. Why did this happen? I don't know if there is a company that can do it. Only 3monthe use

I bought crocs footwear in Oct 2021. Within 7 months the below part completely broke off. When we went to the store from where we bought it they took the footwear and said they will look into it. We had sent a mail too. It’s been 2 months. There is no updates at all. I called then and enquired, and now they are saying that it is not repairable, and it cannot be replaced since the warranty was 3 months, Can we give it to a local repairer and stick it and give?
Really? Did I purchase crocs so that it can break off before a year, without replacement, without repair and on top of it to be asked if they can get it sticked by a local repairer and give?
Crocs only offers 3 months warranty, what is the purpose of buying such an expensive footwear if it’s not even lasting for a year? More than the price, it’s the confidence and Assurance I had on crocs. That it will last for years.
I am extremely disappointed.
I request you to kindly look into it.

I have ordered the crocs in Flipkart on july 24th and received the product on 30th july . Recently on 1st September my crocs got torn even if I used it carefully. Order has been place on 21august and to be delivered showed at 25th August. Sameway the site showed the item has been delivered. But i didn't receive the shipment nor any delivery boy called me to locate the address. The address that i gave was also genuine where many orders use to come. Nothing was wrong with the address. Since i have payed an amount of 2000...

I have ordered one crocs fron the crocs india site. After 4 days the site was showing the product is delivered but actually it was not. I have ordered through simpl installments. Payed 650 of first installment two more are pending where i have to pay and the product is not received. Such a bad experience from crocs team. The delivery service was undertaken by bluedart and same that site also shows its delivered. Such a bad experience. The worst is i have to pay 650 of 2 installments where i didnt get the product. The site also shows crocs is not responsible if the shipment is not able to locate and the site shows its delivered. What an awful experience from crocs team. Whole total of the product was approx 2000. Kindly consider the request and do the needful

I have oredered cros product from your website and product has been delivered to me on 4th September. There is a size issue i have W6 but i would like to replace the same product with W7. Can you please help with the replacement or take the return and refund the amount back to my account.

I bought this product on may 2022.The golden colour is so patchy and is in a worst look now.Its just 3months and the product is supposed to be water friendly.I demand a replacement or compensation of the product as soon as possible.Attaxhing the image below.

Didn't receive one crocs on one on one sale of crocs. On order number[protected] didn't receive 207822-1FJ CLASSIC CROCS MARBLED WHITE/MICROCHIP UNISEX FLIP
while received[protected] CLASSIC CROCS MARBLED WHITE/BLACK UNISEX SANDAL. But online it's shown that I've received both the orders. Please do the needful ASAP.

There was a buy 1 get 1 offer. so it had to be two pairs of clog in the order it showed 2 orders and I have even paid for it but when I received the order there was only one clog.

I purchased 2 pairs of classic Crocs flame unisex slides but I received only one pair the red one.
Beige Color crocs is missing.

Bought this with great expectation and belief on quality and totally disappointed. At the cost of near Rs.5000, one doesn't expect mediocre piece.
There were other two bought and results are equally frustrating.
Products from Crocs were bought in other countries and they're way better.
Purchased city: Coimbatore
I'm counting on your team to get a replacement for these products. At loss of Rs.10, 000 approx.
