On 06/06/2023 saw crocs product sale advertisement in Facebook and selected 2 items, made online payment, received SMS of order confirmation but didn’t get the items till today.

. I purchased the crocs on 3-4-2023. The straps were damaged. I have sent photos also. The warranty period is below 90 days.
But crocs customer support team aren't responding.
Kindly Intervene in this matter to do justice to me.

I'm writing to express my dissatisfaction and frustration with the quality of the recently purchased Crocs clogs. I've been a long-time Crocs customer, but my recent experience with Crocs product has left me extremely disappointed.
I purchased a pair of Classic Clogs from Crocs portal about 15 months ago, expecting them to be durable and long-lasting given Crocs' reputation. However, I was disappointed to discover that the clogs had deteriorated significantly in such a short period of time. The material has begun to crack, and the sole has worn away, making the clogs uncomfortable and inconvenient to wear.

The fact that this is not an isolated case worries me even more. I had hoped that this wasn't a trend after experiencing a similar problem with another pair of Crocs clogs. When the same issue arises twice, however, it raises serious concerns about the quality and durability of your products as a whole.

Because of how bad the quality is, I have no choice but to stop buying Crocs products in the future. Also, I can't in good conscience recommend your brand to my family, friends, or acquaintances because of how disappointed and frustrated I've been.

Crocs is a well-known brand that must stick to its quality and customer satisfaction promises.

I sincerely hope Crocs will promptly rectify this situation and restore my faith in your brand. I eagerly await your response.

I have taken the white colour crocs at price ₹3495 on date 29th May 2023 but by mistake I have taken of size number 7 and I want at size number 8 so I called the crocs store on same day so he told come at the store I will replace it for you so I went there and he says the stock is not there after that also we waited till it comes and it’s been 2weeks he doesn’t even able to call and tell that crocs has arrived or not it is us calling and asking him about the crocs and today we went there and asked for the size number 8 and he is saying that crocs has risen their price so I will be giving at price ₹4495 which is higher then I had bought earlier and when I told him to give at the same price he is saying that he cannot as company has risen their price so he won’t replace it so tolds to either take it ₹4495 or take the old one back.

Susheel Kumar here. I paid $4, 900 for a pair of Crocs on November 24, 2022 at Secunderbad Paradise Store. It has only been six months, but already the left side of the crocs' sole has broken and peeled, and there is a space between the lower sole and higher sole. I'm quite dissatisfied with this product, and spending $5, 000 on it was useless. I require immediate assistance with this in order to fix it or replace this product.
Additionally, I have been attempting to contract a Croc client, but the CS has not responded.

So I was planning to order crocs all terrain and crocband. So I went to showroom around 8pm on 26-05-23 in Express Avenue(EA), Second Floor, Chennai. This representative was standing at the doorway. I asked him whether he has all terrain or crocband and I also wish to try some clogs as well, This guys and couple of people working there was not welcoming and rude. He said its not available like blocking my way into the store. I asked him can I see some, he did not answer that question. And I again asked him can I see atleast and then he let me in. I am like why is this person very un-welcoming and blocking the way, I strongly believe the representative are judgemental and racist as well. I am like doesn't he wants to make a sale. I am a great crocs addict. I just went down to lifestyle to try some crocs the representative was great and welcoming. So it would be great if someone could school these guys some decency and manners.

I bought the Men Classic White Clogs Sandal in Flipkart and it's been less than six months and the upper part of one of the crocs pair got torned out while I was walking today, no pressure is applied on crocs to get torn out i.e 22/05/2023 from the soul.

I am very depressed that I've bought it for 3000 approximately but the product is not worth the price as the quality is very less.

I request you to replace me with a new pair of same product as early as possible.

Strip has broken within 2 month

Crocs men's swiftwater expedition M sandal after using it for months, its front strap lock (hook) for left pair has broken with no usual reasons. Is this quality for such a big name "Crocs".

I am writing this mail to you to complain about the health issue I faced while wearing the crocs sandals I recently bought. I got sever foot mark and pain when I wore it for a day. I herewith attached the bill copy and shoe with highlighted issue area for the reference. I tried to reached the shop where I purchased the product to return within the warranty period. But to my surprise the shop was closed for renovation and restocking.

Last week I have noticed the shop is open now. I request your support in fixing this issue/return the product. Thanks for understanding.

Me and my brother we bought same crocs and have been using it together, however to my amuse my crocs just shrinked we both have same size crocs but mine is now smaller and is hurting my leg. I need a new pair of crocs or a refund because my whole family uses crocs and we did not expect such a thing!

I am absolutely appauled by the way your customer service representative has behaved with me in my last 4 calls this morning!!! i would request you yo listen to the recordings my number to yohr mumbai number at 10:42am, 10:48am, 10:54am and then 10:59am your csr daksh has not only dropped the calls on me intentionally twice but has not let me speak and furthermore decided he i am the one who was rude

the first call dropped due to network while he was telling me that crocs cannot fullfil a partial order to which me excat words were “but that is very stupid and that if i had paid what would have happened” then the call dropped. Since the call dropped i called back and tried to speak to him and the man daksh would just not listen - all i said was that if a call drops twice the least youall can do is call back but fare enough he said it wasnt intentional and while i agreed he carried on and on and told me that i abused him and that he would intentionally drop the call, during which i kept trying to get a word in that i had not abused him but he did not listen and dropped the call. I called back and for some strange reason i got daksh again and this time i asked him to let me speak instead of him just talking and carrying on and on and not let the customer speak. I have been in client servicing for the last 20 yrs and i know that when a customer talks i should keep quiet and listen but your representative daksh is the exact opposite of what a customer representatovr should be. He is a representative of crocs india who is definately noy doing a good job and he did not even apologise for not listening to me he still had the gaul to tell me that “we have other calls to attend to and if you hv been in customer service you should now there are other calls we need to attend” i am shocked that you have customer service representatives that behave in such a manner!!!

and to top it all instead of any kind of apology there is no acknowledgement also of the disrespect or call drops (intentional/non intentional)

I bought crocs sandals for Rs. 5K just a month and a half back (on 28th March 2023) and the product already has a lot of scratches on the strap of both sandals. The company is denying refund or exchange even though the product is under warranty saying that only manufacturing defects are covered under warranty but the website doesn't mention anything like this.
