[Resolved] Croma — 42" led tv | |||
It was unfortunate that we had purchased croma brand 42" led tv in 2010 october-november. We had major problem with tv on 20th june 2016 and i lodged complaint with your customer care no. [protected] on 21st june 2016 with request number mum210616fs00016 On 22nd june 2016 one message i received from mobile number [protected] requesting for appointment and i had send him reply that come at any time. But unfortunately till date nobody had turn up or called me or taken bother to findout whether my problem has solved or not. I cannot expect such type of services from croma [tata enterprises]. If you cannot give proper service after sales then you have to close selling products under your brand. Was this information helpful? | |||
