[Resolved]  Croma — 5% Cashback on Axis Bank Cards

In the month of Feb 2015 I had made a total shopping of INR 72, 933.05 on Croma store in Gurgaon Sohna Road. The sales executive had promised a flat 5% cash back on Axis bank cards. Now today when more than 2 months have passed and I did not receive any cashback, on raising a complaint they want me to settle with just INR 2500 whereas I should be getting INR 3, 647. It's like simply stealing Rs 1147 from a customer. I'd like to raise this to the appropriate forum and also make all other prospective customers be aware of such false promises. The store should pay the complete cashback as promised.
