[Resolved] Croma — AC | |||
I did registered a complaint for my AC on 20th June 2016 but it is not resolved yet. According to customer care your complaint resolving time is 36 hours but it's more than 48 hours and still I have no response from croma. Even your Executive is also failed to given me any response or resolution. In this competitive market how can a customer expect 36 hour services. There are so many company who give 24 hour service. Then why I choose your company. Its very shameful situation for you that you are are not capable to give service to resolve my AC problem within 24 hour Was this information helpful? | |||
