5th June '2022 - I purchased an AC "CROMA INV/AC 1T CRLAIN0125T8654 5S" from Croma, installation and all done by Croma Service Team a few days later, it all went fine.
21st Nov'2022 - Even before the first service, AC was LEAKING WATER from inside and NO COOLING was thrown at all. I raised a complaint to repair it for the same issue, which was fixed by Croma Service Team temporarily, but I was facing the same issue JUST after 2 days of fixing it, then I decided not to use much of it as that was the winter season.
16th Apr'2023 - Again I requested to repair it for the same issue. The Croma Service Team suggested to me that they will fix it after I move to a new address as I was planning to move to a different place.
26th May '2023 - I raised another request to uninstall from the old address and install it in the new address and fix the existing issue, but I got a mail from Croma saying AC is NOT under warranty, so the fixing the existing issue would be chargeable, and that ticket was closed by Croma.
27th May'2023 - I called Croma Customer Care and explained the same issue, they said AC is UNDER WARRENTY as the purchase of a product is within 12 months period.
31st May'2023 - Croma Service Team came to my old address and uninstalled the AC, and they said they would install and fix the issue after I moved to the new address which was on 1st Jun' 2023, and the ticket got closed.
1st June'2023 - Again I called Croma Customer Care and raised a request to install/repair the same issue which was existing from 21st Nov'2022. The Croma Service team told me they will come today to fix it today but they haven't come yet and my AC's warranty is getting expired tomorrow. Now I suspect the Croma Service Team motive itself to fix it after my warranty expires, so that it would be chargeable from my pocket.
3rd June'2023 - I raised this with CROMA GRIEVANCE and NODEL office. I got a reply saying that, that would be auctioned at the earliest.
14th June'2023 - STILL, Croma Service Team haven't contacted me. Its neither installed in my new address nor the issue has been solved.
The WORST Part is, CROMA is closing the service ticket without doing any action on it.
After purchasing this product, within just 5 months, AC was having the issues and the Service Team was not properly responding or fixing the issue. I had a terrible experience contacting the Croma Service Team.
Now I'm frustrated with this product and the Croma Service Team. I want it to be fixed as soon as possible or get it replaced with a new one.
