[Resolved] Croma — AC not working | |||
Its been 21 days and 3 complaints (both via email as well as telephonic) to Tata Croma regarding my Croma brand 1.5 ton AC currently running in extended warranty that i have not received a SINGLE phone call from their service center. To top it, i have received - twice - SMSes that my complaint has been resolved!! What's the big point of repairing the AC later if the you make us suffer in this scorching heat of Mumbai summer. Earlier problems erupoted 2 months back that were mended but again cropped up. Essentially a pathetic product with even more pathetic service. Have spoken many times to their tele executives, floor managers and written many times to their customer support but have not been able to elicit any kind of response what-so-ever. Frankly, Croma's service wasn't this bad earlier but now it is probably worse than any other company Complaint numbers are SR[protected], SR[protected], MUM010615FS00080 2 previous ones were resolved after some deliberations but as i can see, not much was done. regards Ashirwad Pareek Was this information helpful? | |||
