Croma — Amount debited, even after payment failed TC[protected]

I was making a purchase on Croma(Infiniti retail) using Tata Neu HDFC credit card of Apple iPad 10th generation on 22nd February at 12:05AM, my transaction failed and the order was not placed but ₹37129.53 were debited from my credit card.
