Croma — Apple Airpods 3rd gen

I have received the said product on 18th December 2023 and immediately raised a return request as I was not satisfied with the product. After sharing the images of the product I got a confirmation call from croma quoting, "your return request have been approved and we shall shortly pick the product." but then nothing happened and after enquiring about my request, they said the request have been rejected due to unknown reasons. I have called them many times and each time they have given some lame excuses like "how can you return the product after one month from date of delivery" etc. I have tried to contact their senior officer but was told by croma customer care that the officers are busy and they will call me back within 2 hrs which never happened. They have closed the request without any reason many times and raised new one after my call but now they have refused to resolve my complain. I am greatly dissatisfied with the behavior and negligence of Croma's service. I kindly request your assistance with this issue, as it involves an expensive product. It has already been more than a month since I initiated the resolution process, and I am eagerly awaiting a solution. I have attached the snips of order details and service requests which I have raised multiple times.

Also they are lying now days that the request is significantly outdated hence we have closed. How can they close any request without resolution?? This is very unethical, didn't expected this from a company owned by TATA.

Hello Amit, according to the latest details, the product can only be returned if it is damaged, defective, or the wrong model, within the 7-day return window policy. Dear Croma, please check carefully I have raised a request not within 7 days but within 24hours of delivery and since then I have been following up various times but not getting any solid response from you guys. Stop making lame excuses and lying everywhere and take the product back immediately.
