Croma — Asus laptop | |||
I had purchased a Asus laptop for Chinnar Park croma on 31 July 2021, after 10 days o[censored]sage there was some hardware problem I contacted the store immediately but didn't get any response. The same problem persisted in 5th Sept 2021, 35 days after the purchase. I went to the store the same day with the laptop. The IT person confirmed that there is a major hardware problem. I also shared the video when the laptop was showing an error while I in between an online lecture. My disappointment is that noone has contacted me with regard to the status. I regret purchasing an expensive product from Croma as the support I have received is very dissatisfying. I work from home and take online classes on the laptop. I ha e missed several classes and important work schedule. If the problem is with the laptop you must expedite the service or replace the same. Very bad customer service.
