We had purchased panasonic led 165cm th-65fx600d on 31st august, 2018 from infiniti retail limited trading as croma retail, mumbai - phoenix-a027. The engineers while doing the installation found that the tv was defective and they said that it would be replaced with a fresh piece. After that panasonic service center engineers came took the inspection of tv as per their procedure and now 15 days have passed we are still waiting for the tv. This shows how bad is the service of panasonic company and also of croma retail. They keep on saying that we need approval from seniors. Was this information helpful? | |||
