I purchased an Air Conditioner (of CROMA brand), Stabilizer and 2 year extended warranty with order id SLA120RS4774593.

- The installation team has denied installation of the product due to lame reasons without even visiting the hose.
- The product was delivered on April 11th, however 6 days later they are neither installing the product (denynig installation on call, not even visited the house) nor cancelling the order to process refund.

THEY WON"T INSTALL THE PRODUCE and THEY WON'T CANCEL THE ORDER TO REFUND MONEY. I have raised multiple support requests spend 6+ hours with support team to get a resolution but no movement.

Unfortunately it is a CROMA branded AC ( CROMA W/AC 1.5T CRLAWA0185T3304) so I don't have an option of reaching out to brand for installation.

I have exahausted all the options and patiently explained my problem to 10+ customer support representativies, escalated to NODAL and GRIEVANCE officer.

Yet to get something from CROMA team in written. The support team is creating and RESOLVING tickets without doing anything about the problem. Greivace officer, customer support email, customer support number all of them are use-less.

    I placed an online order on croma for AirPods Pro with online payment option using discount codes available. I received email from croma stating the payment is in transit whereas bank already debited the card for payment. Until 48 hours from placing order - Croma customer care did not recognise the order had no clue about it.

    In my order section, it shows that I have no order placed.

    After multiple followup at call centre, I am just being given a ticket number. But no resolution is being provided.

      HI, please take this seriously as i have a complaint against Hyderabad Madeenguda Croma store. I have bought a water purifier from and in just 4 months all the filter gone and now i have to replace all. I took the AMC as well for which i paid advanced to them but no one is listening to my compliant. I am just getting false commitment. The branch Manager and Technician has no credibility in their word. I m struggling for drinking water for last 10-15 days. Please help.

            I have purchased Voltas 1.5 ton AC from Croma store. which was delivered on 9th April around late evening. I have raised a complaint in the morning on 10th April that there is some problem in the AC and they raised a ticket to Voltas for a technician visit. Even after confirmation from the technician that the motor in the AC is defective, Croma is not replacing my product. Instead of replacement, they are sending technicians again and again for repair. As I have purchased a new AC then how can I accept a defective piece or the repaired one. Please help me with this issue and direct them to replace it as soon as possible.

              On 13th April 2022, I ordered an iPad 9th generation, 64gb Space grey from your website at 7:00pm. It was a store pickup from Sion, Mumbai, Maharshtra. Till now I have not even received a single confirmation message and invoice even though the amount got debited yesterday only at 7:08pm . On the website it is showing no order has been placed. Please look into this! I have called your customer service but they have raised a service request from completely different account through which I have not even ordered. They have raised service to completely different product which I have purchased in past. My account details are as follows

                I had purchased a CROMA LED HDR 24in TV through Amazon on[protected] . It arrived in a defective state before installation. As per the return policy it was picked up and I was assured a replacement immediately. After many mails to the customer care there was no action. Later I mailed the grievance cell, but they too gave a false assurance that it will be replaced within 5-7 days. But it has not arrived till now.
                I'm not happy with the customer service that TATA croma has for its customers.
                I would like to get the replacement immediately or at least refund me full immediately.
                TATA Croma has no right to keep my money if they are incapable of replacing the Defective TV which was sent.

                  I deeply regret to inform you that in spite of so many follow up with your office I have not yet received the revalidated coupon,
                  I have returned the defective products to your CBD Belapur Corma stores, still, some courier person is coming to collect the defective products from my home. I could not understand your coordination between CBD Belapur stores and your customer care dept.

                  I would request you to please look into this matter personally and sort out the issue between the stores and the customer care dept.

                    11 april 2022 i bought a iphone 128gb at 53k net cash sharp at 3.30 pm and the next day morning there is huge price drop upto 3k flat discount and 3k cashback the total product value is 47k on 12th april 2022, i raised the request todo me a favor less than 15hrs only so please do something orelse give me adaptor for my iphone, but the customer service manager in tht branch behave like a god n owner of the store, im totally diappointed even a common man mind worry abt this huge discount less than 15hrs,

                    Sir im requesting you to please do something bcs on paytime the service is like a butter smooth once the payment done there is no valid use and respect to the client

                    i trust ur management to close the issue.

                      I bough LG washing machine from Croma Bopal Ahmedabad Branch.
                      I got two Domestic Air conditioner service which one is Dry service and other one is Wet Service for air conditioner.

                      I register a request through croma customer care and told them that i would like to register a one of my free wet air conditioner service, which i having at my home town Junagadh city. Also i gave them a full address of my home town which is:

                      9/A, Anuradha Park, Ganesh nagar, B/H Madhav Apartment, Aaditya Nagar Main Road, Joshipura, Junagadh 362001

                      Then i got calls from Ahmedabad city for AC service... I already complain that i have to service my AC at my home town address which is junagadh, then again i got call from Ahmedabad and the service guy came to my Ahmedabad home's address... Again i complain to customer care and again the service guy came to Ahmedabad home...
                      So this is very unprofessional behaviour from croma i faced again and again.
                      My complaint is not resolve, i called croma customer care so many times but nobody gave me satisfied resolution...
                      I got such a very bad experience from croma...
                      Please do some needful...

                          Large scale online scam happening in the name of fake Croma infiniti retail website

                          Ordered PS5 in the website Cromawholeseller.in which represents itself as a Croma infiniti retail from Mumbai, Andheri East uses a what looks like a legit WhatsApp business account with autogenerated messages to confirm your order to give you updates about the order with online chat where a lady speaks, they give you 2 types of delivery - full payment and parcel payment where you pay half now and half when you receive, where delivery is done...

                          I have purchased nokia 5.4 online in croma website and since it's croma, i trusted highly and paid complete amount of Rs13000 on 27th March 2022.
                          As promised the product was supposed to deliver on 28th March 2022. The status changed to out of delivery since 29th March 2022 but the product was not delivered till 31st, which is when i raised cancellation request on 31sy night as i already purchased mobile from Amazon. The next day of cancellation request i e on 2nd April, status changed to delivered without me even receiving the product. How can they show false information that ita delivered without even delivering the product?
                          I have been calling croma customer care since the time i booked the mobile, no use at all, they even shared me the delivery person mobile who had switched off his mobile.
                          Croma lost all the trust i had in them past many years with this incident because it's been 10 days they haven't resolved my issue not refund my amount. Seems everyone working in croma are taking customers ver liniently otherwise this would not have happened to me first of all and even after multiple complaints, no one in croma even bothers because it's not thier money which is lost right.
                          Finally want to say better go for Flipkart or Amazon as it's highly trustable.

                            I got an LG washing machine on 22-March-2021.

                            The product delivered was with a defect so we asked them to take it away and refund the amount.

                            I booked a complaint and asked them to pick the product. Its been a week and no response from the customer care and also the delivery person..Every day I call the customer care and the delivery person and ask gim to pick the product he says next day next day.How long should we wait.

                            Very very bad customer service from the customer care and grievances department.
                            We are suffering here without a washing machine.They have not picked up the damaged product and also they have not refunded my amount.

                            If you cant satisy the customer needs why the hell do you have a customer care number and why do you sell it. Worst service from croma.Never expected this.

                            They are spoiling the name of TATA groups

                                Dear Customer Care,

                                We have purchased Symphony Hi Flo Air cooler from Croma, Katraj branch on 02 Apr 2022 & received delivery on 04 Apr 2022 at 08.30 PM.

                                When start the cooler, we found it's blower not operating at low speed when we set it on low from speed regulator.

                                It's defective piece we received & it's observed before use which is known to delivery person. So delivery person informed to Croma Katraj Branch & updated us to contact customer care. Today on 5th Apr 2022 I communicated this issue to Customer care on call, but customer care executive asked us to raise the complaint online as system is down. Why Customer care executive person is asking customer to raise the complain on portal as it's their responsibility to log the complaint & provide the feedback & response to customer. Then I have raised the issue online on Croma.com

                                Next day i get the SMS as,
                                Hi, the Installation Request BOF050422ID16417 for your SYMPHONY P/COOLER 27L HIFLO has been cancelled. Rgds, Team Croma. Reach us at[protected]. More Details: https://www.croma.com/my-account/service-requests

                                During this i tried to call to customer care on mentioned contact # but call was getting drop several time without any reason. Then from internet i searched for Croma Katraj contact # [protected]. So here i can able to contact Croma person, but same issue i face They said wait, we will check & send the person to check, but not today may be tomorrow & When i raise the concern of service & said i am going to fill Complaint Registration Form. They speak arrogantly saying "No problem for us, you can fill it"

                                If this is the approach towards customer service then, It's spoiling the brand name "Croma" due to such executive.
                                Also Product is purchased on 02 Mar 2022 & Till the service engineer provide the demo it takes a week time to use that product by customer which needs to be improve. the same day of delivery installation should happen, so that customer can use the purchase thing for which they have paid money & not to get hamper because of executive who don't know professionalism to deal with customers.

                                  As I have purchased as from you. Installation guy is for fitted AC condenser unit properly. It is fitted temporary with the help of wire. Also he has charged extra for bracket and installation. At the time of purchasing sales person said maz charge Rs2115/- and he is taking Rs2265/-

                                    Hi. I buyed a symphony cooler from croma on Feb 5th 2022. But the cooler is not effective in cooling and it works normally like fan. so I filed a complaint in symphony. A technician called and said that the model doesn't give cooling. It's not worth to buy, you should have think before buying. So I went to croma store and filed a complaint and kept number of mails to customer support. But no response from them and really a worst symphony product is sold to customers by croma. Complaint number is 'BOF020422FS00010

                                      I brought washing machine. After delivery there should be information given to customer regarding installation date and agent for the purchased products. No information yet. Tried to call customer care no one is picking up call. I will wait for two days and then will return the Washing machine I brought.
