[Resolved] Croma — bajaj - food processor | |||||
We purchased Bajaj Fx 1000 from Croma on 30 June 2018, the bill no SLA[protected] and after coming home we tried it and it didn't work. I tried reaching Croma [Attapur, Hyd] branch [A152] none of them respond. A Bajaj repair person should up and said he will open the processer and repair it. I don't understand if CROMA is selling damaged pieces on the name of "Infinity Retail". Though it's been 17 days none has responded and there's no proper escalation matrix published on the website which is a mandate for the consumer to escalate the concerns. It's just an email id who will never respond in time. Finally, I've posted it in the Department of Consumer Affairs After this experience, I would like to get my money back and never going to buy or recommend any to CROMA.
