I don't have an option of rating "0" Star I have bought so many products from them because of the name of TATA as it's Tata brand but such people who manage and such employees are spoiling the brand name I request the management to take an action Recently I bought a Bajaj geyser on 14 June 2020 paid extra amount when compared to other Store as they promised installation but it's 25 June and no response, called customer service also visited the store and spoke to suman Croma manager who promised installation by Tuesday 23 and still no one has called for installation and neither forw any demo Was this information helpful? | |||
