[Resolved] Croma — canon ai0 e470 wifi printer giving cartridge error | |||
Hi, Since the purchase for two days printer was working fine, then after printing 2 sheets the cartridge error displays and asks me to remove the cartridge and insert, after doing this also the error keeps on occurring and I am not able to print my documents and is kept in pending. This is very disappointing as the new product delivered itself is having the issues. Please help me with this issue or please replace this printer with a new one as I am not satisfied with the product which is delivered. And I have opted for the extended warranty offered by CROMA due to the trust which I had on your organization, But now it's hard to believe this.
