[Resolved] Croma — Cashback not received : Iphone Purchase

Order Id[protected]. I purchased an phone 13 from croma online portal with Rs 6000 cashback offer through Kotak credit card. It has been more than 125 days since I made this transaction by still the cash back is pending . I mailed their customer care id several times and have made at least 6 calls to their customer care number but I keep getting dragged around without any proper response.
