This was not expected from bigger brand like Croma. I have purchased Croma Portable AC 1T CRC1067 on 30 Apr 2014 and raised a request for installation. first of all it's very difficult to reach Croma customer care . Most of time call is getting disconnected by computer after accepting call, if lucky call didn't got disconnected and your call reach to customer care representative they will say our system is in upgrading please call after sometime. My installation request got address on 2 May. But they Not Come 6th may 2014, then i Request 2nd time no. AHD020514ID00002. After my second req. they come and told me there r some part missing, complain again. my Third complain for part missing & installation Complain No. SR[protected], 6 th may 2014, but till date there r not update in my case. But no one visited to correct the issue. It's really very bad that such a big name show this kind of carelessness.
