Croma — Croma Defective item

I have purchased LG Side by side refrigerator but not working properly.
I have given return request to Croma in return time limit of croma policy.
But croma not taking responsibility.
I have given complain to LG Also but lg asking ask to Croma and croma asking ask to LG.
Last and final email to Croma please return and refund my money.bit no response by Croma since long.
