I took a fridge 5 months back and was told that they will fix any issues within 1 year. If they can't fixt, it they will refund my money.
Freezr has issues; it genrates lot of ice and deforost spills water all the florr every day.
I complained to them at least 5 times in last about the same issue and it's not resolved yet.
Technician told last time that it can not be fixed because of the gas being used but did not tell that to service team.
Then they changed the theoromsatat but still the issues not reolved
I had called up 2 back to get a resolution and they told call up next day.
Again i called up today to check the status and there is no complaint.
I wrote 10 mails to them on [protected]@chroma.com called up on customer care[protected] even did complaint on twitter but of no help.
Now their service manager says its not an issue at all. Defrost everyday; i countered him why should i and he has no clue.
His name is sandeep verma.
Now they are not taking my calls and even not giving any mail id to escalate.
