His is to bring you in Notice that I have purchased an Hp laptop from nearby Croma store on 10/12/2022 and the required model of laptop was not available so we were being told that product will be delivered at your address tomorrow and you may pay today then only it will be delivered.
On 11/12/2022 around 6pm the product was delivered by croma staff and when i used it for my office work on 12/12/2022 fan was creating lots if noise and started heating as if the battery will burst after 5mins the noise went down at that moment only i was working on teams app.
I noticed it on 13/12/2022 same sound came and then I contacted the store. On 14/12/2022 i visited the store had a word with staff showed them all the videos which i made when fan noise occured.Then Mr. Anil (croma store executive) told me there is some updation in the laptop which is required and after that everything would be ok.he had putted on some command for updation which went for approx one and a half hour and same sound from fan occured for a minute.
I asked him to replace the product as he has already checked and seen that there is defect in the laptop and it was in replacement refund window.
He requested us to use the laptop again as he has fixed the bug and issue will not come.
and same fan noise issue occured on 15/12/3022 i made a video on that, visited the store. again no resolution was provided sat there was more than 2 hours.I asked him for replacement i dont know what complaint he has registered from his end without my approval.He said product will be given to service centre just for quality as he knows the product is defected so he will put the request of return or refund.
On 16/12/2022 I visited the store around 11am and had a word with Mr. Aditya and requested him to provide me with conclusion asap because my office and other works are pending then he said we are sending your product to service centre they will check it and we will revert you till 4pm.
after that at 5pm i visited the store and waited for around one hour he said our manager Ms Ruchi will guide you wherein no resolution was made and she told to wait till monday.
They are just ignoring the matter i have paid instant amount for that product
trusting croma as a brand was biggest mistake that I did.
pathethic staff, worst service
would request you to help me in this regard.
