[Resolved] Croma — croma in-house after-sales service | |||
So the worst decision one can make is to purchase a croma led tv..in just 2years (Average usage) the entire back light panel is gone.. And the tv screen is completely blank when switched on. We have been following up on the issue since more than a month now, since the tv is on extended warranty period.. We were told we may either get a replacement or a credit note of the tv value. This was told to us almost 2 weeks ago and till now we are still waiting! Inspite of several calls and visiting the store Would really appreciate the final decision from croma!!! Ps: please do not purchase any in-house croma product as the quality is average and their after service is pathetic Was this information helpful? | |||
