[Resolved]  Croma — Croma is not willing to rectify a defective product

Address:Croma, Mahavir nagar, Kandivali West

We purchased a brand new One plus 8T from Croma. A phone renowned for its battery life. The battery of this new phone drains only within a couple hours. We approached Croma and they suggested we take it to the service centre. They gave us the item back saying there is nothing they can do.
