[Resolved] Croma — Croma is not willing to rectify a defective product | |||
We purchased a brand new One plus 8T from Croma. A phone renowned for its battery life. The battery of this new phone drains only within a couple hours. We approached Croma and they suggested we take it to the service centre. They gave us the item back saying there is nothing they can do. Was this information helpful? | |||
