I have bought corma led television in the year 2012, the product is under warranty. The led is not working since last monday, 6-jun-2016, since then till date i am continuously doing a follow up at customer care, they have a set response that your complain is registered, our technician will visit to you tomorrow, but eventually that tomorrow hasnt come till date. Its surprising, when consumer go to the store for a purchase representative from croma brand, slog you, make false selling and fake promises, which once realises post product has bought. For a consumer like us its very frustrating and hectic to follow up with such nonsense local brand
