[Resolved] Croma — Croma led tv | |||
I purchase croma led tv from croma store in cp new delhi in feb which is still under warranty. in the month of aug (around 1st) my led stopped working and i put a complaint regarding the same on there customer care. after 72 hours (where i was told 48hrs) there technician visited me and checked my led tv. he took couple of shots through his phone of tv and invoice and told there is a part which is not working which will be resolved within a week or a new tv would be replaced. its been 2 weeks i am daily receiving 2-3 calls from croma customer care asking weather my issue have resolved or not and i am daily over and over again explaining them the whole situation that technician visited he told it will be solved in 1 week its still not been done. please look into this matter as soon as possible.
