I have generated a ticket id regarding my croma tv led on 26th may since last 10 days we are continuosly calling to cutomer care but each time false commitment is given to me and no tecnician has been sent to repair it, I have all the documents and warranty card and bills but no positive response from coma Really its very disappointing the service is really worst and worst yet i am trying to sort it out.
