I purchased croma refrigerator last year in may. From last 3 month the door is not closing properly... I have made several complaints but no one came to repair it. They have also presenting false evidence that there eletricial has paid evidence n the fridge is physically damaged. The customer care executive are the world's worst. They dont even talk nicely. Pathetic service... If i dont receive any service in next 3 day m gonna upload a video as well as pics... They have worst after sale service Was this information helpful? | |||

Need demo of the machine again . . . .i think its case of misS selling to us as whatever has been explain is not therein the product . . . . .we went to croma shop again for complain on 10th Aug they promised us that they will send someone for demo but we didnt get any reply after wait of last 17 days i am lodging a complaint
