I have a cooling problem of my split ac. Its been a month that i m calling the customer care everyday twice atleast only to hear that they r putting my request on high priority and i will get the service withing 24 hrs, how many twenty for has passed and im still calling them. Just wasting my phonebills. I amconsidering getting my work donefromoutside but i have paid forthe extended warranty, is it only to go thru this? Its frustrating. I will never buy croma products anymore. Extremely poor response fromcroma service providers! The first complain was raised on 27th august, a fresh compaint wasmade on 15th sept again, no respone, its pending lie for ever. Registered contact number is [protected]
