The product was delivered today morning 04/10/2023 around 10 am and the installation person came around 1:30 pm. Later, I logged into my Croma account and saw the price has dropped to ₹15, 999.00. A drop of 1000 in less than 24 hours. I called customer care but they replied nothing can be done.
This was my second purchase of this Croma TV in the last one month as the previous TV failed within 10 days of purchase. It was bought online but the customer service asked me to go to a store for replacement and arranged collection of faulty TV. They said they'll email the store as they didn't have another unit in stock (even though their website showed same TV available for delivery next door).
When I went to the store, they said they're not able to replace item purchased online. So I had to call back customer care multiple times. Instead of replacing the item, they issued refund. As a result I had to purchase the item again yesterday. And within less than 24 hrs the price has dropped.
Would like to request refund of price difference given it's within 24 hrs and the above hassle of buying the TV twice. Was this information helpful? |
