[Resolved]  Croma — croma water dispenser - w/d3tap 19l ref crak10020

I bought a croma water dispenser - w/d3tap - item code 196722 with extended warranty for two years - item code 191206. My registered mobile number for this product is [protected]. The item was bought from croma, kompalyy, secunderabad on 28th june, 2020. I was assured that the product will be delivered on 29th june failing which it will be delivered on 30th june. To keep up their word, the item was delivered on 29th june, 2020 itrself. However, there is no installation or demonstration for the product. The croma person just delivered and walked away. On installation of the product by myself, i found that one of the switches ie., hot water switch once pressed for release of water is getting depressed and not coming back to normal. Since, croma call centres close by 7 p. M., i lodged a complaint on 30th june, 2020 morning. While taking the complaint, i was told that it will take 4 -5 days for attending the problem. On friday (03rd july, 2020), a technician from croma visited my place and after inspecting the product, informed that either a part is to be replaced or the whole product is to be replaced. On saturday (04th july, 2020) i called croma again and informed the situation. I was told that they are in receipt of the technician's report and will be taking action soon. On saturday (04th july, 2020) afternoon there was a call from a technician of croma stating that he has the part to be replaced and will be coming shortly. Inspite of calling croma dailyu, there is no proper response or action in rectifying / replacing the product. Now, i have taken a vow that in my lifetime, i shall definitely not buy any croma product and also discourage my friends/relatives from buying any croma product. The main aim for buying this product is to have hot drinking water for my family in view of the present covid-19 situation which is totally defeated. Finally, may i request you to take some action in either replacing / repairing the product or refunding my money alongwith the amount paid for extended warranty so that i can look for a better product from some other company. The waiting period for every telephonic call, i made ranges from 12-167 minutes. Hats off to the excellent service provided to a customer by the tata group.
