This is in reference to the Symphone Cooler that we received today on 23rd April 2023. The delivery guys just ran away even before i could show him that the cooler is broken and by the way he was behaving during delivery it was very evident and clear that he Knew about the Broken Air Cooler of Symphony.
I tried calling Him and his Senior both the Name and Numbers of the People are given below
Rahul Alkute - Delivery guys who came to my residence to delivery
This delivery guy was in a hurry and just ran away and i kept on calling him to show that the Cooler is broken.

Then i spoke to this guy named as Croma DC, his number was given to me by Rahul Alkute the delivery guy. He promised me that he will take it back and told me that he is sorry for what happened.
But both of them have blocked my numbers and i tried calling them the entire afternoon and evening.
The reason i wanted the cooler is due to extreme heat my son has taken sick and is not well, he is not well for the past 3 days and his temperature is about 102 or more for past 3 days.
Does Croma take advantage of such situations and delivery us a Broken Air cooler. Is this the business and how your conduct business and take advantage of the situation.
You know the air cooler was broken and you just deliver me this and run away. This is pure cheating.
Replace the cooler in next 1 day. i need a new cooler.
