[Resolved] Croma — Defective Charger- No refund or Solution | |||||
I had the worst experience buying this product -Targus ACC995AP 2-in-1 Sync and Charge Cable (Gold) at bangalore Croma store at Mantri mall, Malleswaram. I bought this on Nov 3, 2016 with -invoice no:SLF02A[protected] and within 2 days for no fault of mine or no misuse, the pin for the iphone charging broke. The center refused to take my complaint for a defective piece and said the 6 month warranty does not cover external defect. For a charger, what other warranty does it cover? Such a bad experience and my 1500 rupees down the drain. Extremely disappointed customer. Was this information helpful? | |||||
