[Resolved] Croma — Delivered a defective TV UNIT | |
We have purchased a Sony TV from croma and as soon as it was installed there was a green line on the screen of the TV. We immediately complained about the defective TV to Croma sales person and since then its 4 months CROMA and SONY and busy giving stories but the problem is not resolved. Several time they have assured of resolution and the SONY service center also took the TV but got it reinstalled without repairing. They also assured us of replacement of the unit buy it is not happening and they are just wasting time with some reason or the other. Was this information helpful? | |
