I have purchased a bluestar air conditioner on 24th may 2023, it was supposed to be deliver on 26th of may 2023, The customer care is helpless, they can't even track the current location of the product, and they are not providing any expected delivery date, simply asking me to wait for 48 hours. pls help me to get it delivered as soon possible, i am tired of calling customer care for nothing. I have already contacted customer care, two complaints have been raised, within 48 hours they said, they will resolve, already 4 days passed away, for your info, i am adding the complaint details, pls look into this.
