[Resolved] Croma — Dell Inspiron 3584 laptop | |||
I had purchased Dell Inspiron 3584 laptop from a croma outlet in juhu last month.I was told that there is a long queue outside and low internet range so I was told to get my Ms office activation in two to three days by contacting dell customer care support.I tried speaking to Dell customer care executive many a times atleast 12 to 15 times from last one month regardingg my office activation but no one is responsibly explaining the thing...Why cant croma help us in getting this done???Is this not the chroma's primary responsibility to get us our MS Office activated??Really disappointed with this after sales service of chroma...Will never ever suggest anyone to buy things from Croma.
