Croma — Did not receive product after payment.

I had placed an order on the 12th of May 2023 and it mentioned i would receive my product on the same day at 9pm. But in the message it said the next day 13th of May. On 13th of May, i received a message at 1:36pm that my product is out for delivery and within 1 2 minutes, i received a message saying the product is delivered. I tried calling the customer care, but it was a computer generated response. It wasn't helping. I hope Croma takes actions and does the needful!
