[Resolved] Croma — did not receive the cashback for the purchase of macbook from croma even after 90 days | |||
Hi team, I have purchased "apple 13in macbook mqd32hn/a i5 128gb" from croma-marathahalli, bengaluru-560034 on 13th january 2018 with hdfc regalia first credit card. I was promised for a cashback amount of 5000 inr within 90 days from the day of purchase of the product. I still did not receive the cashback amount in my credit card. I spoke to hdfc bank wherein i was informed that, the merchant is responsible for the same and asked me to contact croma. Request you to update me about it at the earliest as being a consumer i am into trouble to run behind bank and croma. Would appreciate if immediate action is taken regarding the same.
