I purchase a croma washing machine, and also buy extended warranty service for four years. now my washing machine not working properly. i called so many time in Customer care and open service request (SR[protected] ) but there is no response, i called again n again for repairing my washing machine. now they told me there is no service in my area. even when i was purchase the product they did not tell me the limitation of service. Washing machines motor does not operate. Purchase date on 11oct 16.invoice no.slf02a[protected]. my contact no.[protected].Do the on priority.
