[Resolved] Croma — Extremely poor customer service | |||
I purchased a coffee maker from Croma's online store. The same was delivered to me on 20th Jan 2016. The product was received damaged. I called the customer service on the 21st and also emailed them with images of the broken product. Thereafter I have called at least 6 times in the past 8 days and sent 4 e mail reminders and all I've got is one mail saying they are looking into it. Even after talking to a senior today, Mr Kamal Kumar, all he could tell me is that they will "probably" pick up the damaged product tomorrow. I am appalled at the level of service of Croma. Would never recommend anyone to purchase from their online store. Was this information helpful? | |||
