Croma — Faber zenith chimney

I bought this chimney a year back.
And since then I have been getting issues with this chimney. It's motherboard had issues, It has rusted within few months, autoclean stopped working and to be replaced by the company but after that nobody has responded to me. I have mailed faber and croma both alot and I got no response. They open tickets and close those tickets without the issue being resolved. ..
Chimney caught fire. I have been complaining about the chimney and asking for replacement since I bought it.

I haven't got any replacement or refund for the chimney.

Their site doesn't allow me to review the product I have bought to make others know the false information they are passing while selling items.

Dear Dhira, after verifying with the appropriate department that the heating element needs to be replaced, the repair will be on a chargeable basis. Moreover, given that you are unwilling to proceed with the same, we will be unable to cater to your request. Kindly share with us your confirmation via email so that we can proceed accordingly.
