[Resolved] Croma — fake promises and not helping when facing issue with the earphone | |
I ordered oneplus wireless earphone from croma and i received it today. While unboxing it i found that item was dead and it's not at all turning on and i was very disappointed with the croma. I called the croma customer care support they are very helpless and not even listening to my issue. My money 3990 is totally wasted here. I want a proper solution from croma. I want croma to replace my earphone. Croma is telling me to wait for 24 hrs but still now i didn't get any calls from the croma support. This issue should be solved by croma as soon as possible.
