Subject: FAULTY PRODUCT Dear Hi Team, I recently purchased a (XIAOMI Redmi 5A (3GB+32GB) Grey ) from (Croma +rohini west metro station Rohini Unity one). I have enclosed a photocopy of my receipt for your reference. Unfortunately, the item does not function at all, I have read through all the details within the accompanying instruction (manual) as well as worked through the various trouble shooting methods but it seems that the ( XIAOMI Redmi 5A ) simply is a faulty product. I talked to your customer care, They people are saying Phone will be repaired.When I bought a new phone, Why do I repair it? I bought a new phone, There is some problem in this phone, I will not repair this phone, I need a new phone in exchange for this.If you do not give me a new phone in exchange for this, So I will have to complain in the Consumer Court regarding this phone. I am hoping that you may be able to send me a replacement product or direct me to a store where I may return the faulty item for a new replacement within the next 2 days.
