[Resolved] Croma — Faulty Sony DVD Player | |||
Dear Sir, I have purchased a Sony DVD Player DVP-SR760 HDMI vide invoice # SLF02A[protected] on 12th April-2015. The product was not available in store and we were told to collect if after two days. On 15th my wife went for collecting the DVD from Croma-Woody Bangalore store. Even after request she was not given any demo of the product.Later when we tried to start it we noticed that it is a faulty product and the CD player is not getting ejected. We raised a service request with Sony India Vide ID 25015845.After repeated request Sony India's person visited our home and confirmed that the product is not working and to contact Croma or take the product to Sony service centre for servicing. As this is a new product purchased by us so we will request the Croma-Woody Bangalore store to exchange the product which they refused to do. This is a case o[censored]nfair business practice where the Croma stores refuses to show a demo to a woman customer and issued a faulty product and later again refuses to exchange it. Please look into this and Croma should issue us an new DVD player to us or return us the full money paid by us for this purchase.
