I purchased a hp laptop on 14feb from croma, that very same day at croma the touchpad of laptop was not working to which croma executive said to use it for 1more day and give them feed back. The same problem was continous and i visited croma for continuos 4-5 days and after that they replaced my laptop and gave me a new one. On 1st april my laptop started to hang continously again i visited the centre and on 2nd april they took my laptop and returned me same day saying that my problem is soughted out. When i went to croma to receive my laptop, i checked my laptop and it was still hanging as it use to before. I have visited croma 12-15 times after i have i purchased laptop from there. There is no response from there side. Feeling regreted to buy a laptop from croma. Worst service provider. Hope you look to my complain soon. Was this information helpful? | |||||
