[Resolved] Croma — I am complaining about croma servicing | |||||
I am vikaspal, i bought a croma's split ac 3 years before... Now it has some problem in its compressor, which is in warranty, so we made a complaint about this in croma customer care on 13th june, day after the technician came to check and he said that compressor is not working & its in warranty, so we will change it but it will take some days, when we asked to customer care they said that right now we don't have so, we are arranging it, from last past week we are calling them regularly but we didn't get any satisfying results, they only make us to wait for another 24 hours... Today also we are told that we will get a call from company but nobody called... Please do something about this, we are tired of calling them. Was this information helpful? | |||||
