Croma — I phone Service Support Hyderabad | |||
I purchased an I phone 5s from Croma store Jubilee Hills on 7th May, and starting using from June . To my surprise Battery life was only one hour for use of receiving and sending mails and receiving and making calls . Visits to Service Centre CONQUER were humiliating in terms of attitude of service staff, problem is still not resolved . Sent three mails to Apple and there is no response . Tried to reach Bangalore office by phone, the answer back machine voice is not clear, and as and when the line gets connected to operator there is no response. STEAVE JOBS WILL TURN IN HIS GRAVE TO KNOW THIS . Hope his team can hear his pain . Was this information helpful? | |||
